Great ocean view, not a sliver! (Port Hueneme) $1275 2bd 2010-03-19 We have a great condominimum facing south which means a "widescreen" ocean view. Our pictures below are from the front door of the courtyard and from the kitchen looking toward the ocean. This gated community has a pool, gym, sauna and more! Included in the price is water, trash and the homeowner's dues. Our prior tenant has left the washer, dryer and fridge if you need one or all of them.
