May-July Sublease $404 2010-03-16 Looking for a roomate to share a 4 bedroom apartment at Campus Way Apts. for the summer with 2 other girls. One of the roommates is practically never there. Other two roomates are very friendly and work so they are hardly there either. All utilities and cable are included in rent. Pool, fitness room, tanning beds, tennis court, sand volleyball, billards,barbeque grills, ect. Will also pay cost to transfer lease.
