Vintage Corner Cottage (Orange & 7th) $775 2009-11-10 In a semi historic district, adjacent to Sterling Grove is this adorable corner cottage. It's a 2 bedroom with one bath with central heat and A/C. The bedrooms areas are carpeted but the bath has ceramic tile on the floors as well as the shower surround. Both bedrooms have 2 closets and one has a dresser and mirror built into the nook between the two. All of the doors have their original rimlocks and skeleton keys, I tried very hard to keep things as original as possible.
