Looking For Someone To Take Over My Lease (Grand Rapids) $765 2bd 2010-03-21 I am looking for someone to take over my lease. My roommate and I have had our differences and need to move out AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I would not be subleting the apartment, anyone who is interested would have to go through the Apartment Complex Management to fill out an application. The application fee is $25 per person. Everything is included in the rent, except for electricity, which is usually around $50/month. The apartment complex is located right downtown. And is right off of Interstate 196. It is very nice with security cameras, key entry to the building, free gated parking, free visitor parking, free cable, free wireless internet ((just need a router)), and they allow cats for an additional one-time fee. The apartment is very spacious, and newly renovated. It is on the corner of the building, so there aren't as many neighbors. It is also on the top floor (4th), and overlooks the neighboring park. There is a laundry room & vending machines on site; and a dishwasher, fridge, and stove in the apartment, but no microwave.
