spacious, restored apt. in historic district (306 W. Locust) $700 1bd 2010-03-18 I am restoring and remodeling the Bayless House built in the 1860's. Bayless was the founder and president of the Bayless business college in Dubuque. I have the ground floor apt. ready to go with new carpeting, paint, tile, furnace, etc.. The house has been totally rewired electrically and includes interconnected smoke detectors, GFI and arc fault circuit breakers and tamper proof outlets. I was going to ask $800 but I am reducing that to $700. I know this is still on the expensive side but if you see it you know it is worth it.
