Live DT this summer, move in 6/1 (Pulaski Heights) $595 2bd 2010-02-24 Pulaski St%2E Athens GA US We have lived in this apartment for two years and we love it, but we are both graduating this semester and moving out of Athens in the summer. So, we need someone to move in, in June, for an entire lease (until August 2011). This place is the perfect place to live the high life in the wonderful summertime in Athens. The apartment is a 2 bdr/1ba in a triplex. There is a W/D and the utilities stay very low. The bathroom is HUGE with plenty of room for a vanity. There is also a large storage closet. The living room is smaller than average, but has plenty of room for a couch, TV, chairs, etc. There is a great kitchen with a large pantry and TONS of cabinet space. One of the bedrooms is average size and the other is a little larger. We dont have a pet, but cats are ok with a pet deposit, dogs are not. There is also a great front yard with lawn chairs, perfect for just sitting on a summer afternoon. Also, there is a back yard, great for grilling out. There is parking behind the house as well as on the street. We never have problems with parking A 5 minute walk or less away you have: The Grit/Bottleworks area, The Leather Building (art studios, yoga classes) downtown (Wanna go to a show at the 40 Watt or New Earth? You can be there in literally two minutes). You can also walk to North Campus in ten minutes. We dont have any pictures of our place, but if you would like to see it just send us an e-mail.
